The site for any manufactured home purchased with a guaranteed loan must be located within the United States of America, which for the purposes of 38 U.S.C. 3712 comprises the several States, the Territories and possessions of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. \[46 FR 43670, Aug. 31, 1981, as amended at 48 FR 1717, Jan. 14, 1983\]
